Our shared/standard and SiteBuilder web hosting packages and domains are automatically suspended after 30 days - you will receive at least three warnings before the service is suspended. Virtual Private Server and reseller hosting customers are exempt from our suspension policy.
At no point are accounts automatically cancelled/terminated, this is processed manually by a member of staff.
What if I can't pay?
If you're having difficulty paying your invoices, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accomodate you until payment can be made.
